Warehouse Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
• Monitor deliveries for raw materials, ensuring adherence to FIFO system.
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels and plan for future capacity requirements.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and audits and prepare reports for management.
• Handle GMP and ISO guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
• Plan and supervise warehouse staff, assigning work schedules and inventory tasks.

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer literacy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field, including supervision.
• Forklift License holder preferred.
