Job Scope
Responsible for the overall strategic planning of the company, support the company strategic management, medium and long-term strategy, and monitor strategic plan implementation.
Job Responsibility:
• Lead strategic planning and support strategic management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs.
• Develop and update long-term strategic plans aligned with industry trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategic directions as needed.
• Support management in developing annual plans and budgeting.
• Coordinate with external agencies and prepare feasibility reports.
• Collaborate with local governments to enhance business influence.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or above in semiconductor industry or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of strategic planning experience in semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with market dynamics and technological trends.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
