HR Generalist

Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
• Process of monthly payroll, bonus, annual increment and workforce planning
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process
• Compensation and Benefits duties
• Provide support on Performance management
• Handling work pass applications
• Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
• Handle complains, disputes and grievances of staff
• Perform administrative duties/tasks

Job Requirement

• 3 - 5 years as HR within Banking/ Financial sector is preferred
